Empowering Girls Through Music: Sing It Girls!® at Aspen Music
Are you looking for an activity that will inspire confidence, enhance mental health, and bring joy to your child’s life? Aspen Music is excited to bring the Sing It Girls!® program to Spruce Grove.
What Is Sing It Girls!®?
Sing It Girls!® is a research-based vocal program designed to help girls develop healthy coping strategies while fostering their love for music. Delivered by certified music therapist Lisa Jespersen, this program combines singing, mindfulness, and peer connection to create a fun and supportive environment. Girls learn to manage stress, build confidence, and connect with others, all through the transformative power of music.
